    The Archivist is responsible for coordinating the activities of the Historical Collections of the Great Lakes (HCGL). Duties include: donor relations, acquisitions, collection management, collection access activities, web content development, database development and maintenance, and negotiating legal and publication agreements. In addition, the Archivist collaborates with colleagues in the Center for Archival Collections staff on a regular basis to complete departmental priorities.  Master of Library Science from an ALA-accredited program required.
