    Branch Managers
    THE POSITION
    Our branch managers have the unique opportunity to lead Columbus Metropolitan Library’s (CML) award-winning branches in busy and diverse neighborhoods. We are actively seeking candidates for three specific branches: Northern Lights, Shepard, Northside (open 2017.) All three locations are part of CML’s 10-project aspirational building program and are blueprints for the next generation library we’re providing customers.


    The branch manager leads a team that provides world-class customer service to diverse people of all ages who rely on the vital programs, services and access to technology that CML brings to the community. As a community leader, the branch manager advances partnerships with organizations that share our vision and purpose, and help us achieve positive outcomes that move our library and community forward together in a changing world.
    This position has a high level of independence in managing staff and materials to achieve the library’s goals. The branch manager aligns programs and activities with the library’s strategic and tactical plan objectives. As an industry leader, we are looking for stellar talent; our pay and benefits are highly competitive.
