    The University Libraries at the University of North Carolina at Greensboro (UNCG) seek an innovative, collaborative, student-centered librarian to join our team.

    The Online Learning Librarian will work with multiple stakeholders to ensure that the University Libraries provide excellent service and outreach to distance education and online students and faculty. Reporting to the Head of Research, Outreach and Instruction, this tenure-track position will work as part of this department of eight librarians and three staff members in a fast-paced, team-based environment. In this role, the incumbent will also collaborate with personnel in departments across the University Libraries, including Technical Services, Special Collections and University Archives, and Electronic Resources and Information Technology (ERIT).

    As a tenure-track member of the faculty, the incumbent will be expected to engage in scholarly activities and provide service to the Libraries, the profession, and the community in accordance with departmental and institutional standards for tenure. Demonstrated professional achievement, professional service, and scholarly/creative activity are required for reappointment and tenure.
