    Councilors,


    Attached is the report to Council form the Constitution and Bylaws Committee. The committee will bring two action items for Council's consideration at Council II on June 27.


    Two documents are attached:



    1. The report itself; I think it bears the correct Council document number.  But Lois Ann will verify that and send Council the official version.

    2. A supplemental background/information document, distributed via this Connect site earlier this month, tracing the history of Article X of the ALA Constitution.
