    The 2016 Midwinter Meeting report of the Constitution and Bylaws Committee noted that "A separate document will be posted on the Council Connect site. It recounts the findings of the research by the ALA library staff and the Committee."  That document recounts this history of affiliation in the ALA Constitution and in other documents.  As explained in its report to Council, the Committee has not proposed any action related to affiliation


    This is being shared with Council as an information document as supplement to the Committee report at MW2016.  This will not be distributed on paper at MW2016.
