SustainRT Conference Call, October 19, 2015

Meeting was called to order at 10:30 am by Madeleine Charney.
Midwinter Schedule: Jan 9, Sat. 1 to 2:30 pm – SustainRT Committee Meeting
Jan 10, Sun. 3 pm – Social with Project ARCC
Asking Beth to expand the December 17 webinar to include virtual member meeting. Possibly 12:45 pm to 1:15 pm. Brainstorm about new projects.
Peter is concerned about recruitment of officers for the roundtable. Possibly a modification of the bylaws is in order. A video on benefits of being a board member of SustainRT was discussed.
Madeleine spoke to chair of ENSULIB about our work and areas to explore working together.
Governance Working Group – (Ashley, Rebekkah and Matt) – No news. Conversations with Keith and Sari are scheduled. Detials on MW Mtg coming from Paul to the marketing committee.
Online Education – 30 people attended the webinar in November. December is regarding energy star. February is with Chelsea Green publishing.
Eileen reported on being able to access the web site and working on creating a database. She is always looking for more items to add to the database.
Marketing and Outreach – Waiting on ALA for hosting opportunities. Matt moved and Rene seconded moving forward to authorize money for domain. Matt moved and Ashley seconded $300 to group to use to increase membership.
Annual – Plans are for the Annual Meeting, Lightning Round and Rebekkah and Matt’s Sustainable Thinking program.
