Good afternoon!
ARL visiting program officer Katya Pereyaslavska writes about evalutaing the accessibility of digital resources in a new
Web Accessibility in Research Libraries
blog post, “The Value of Comparing Oranges to Oranges.” In her post, Pereyaslavska highlights a few tools that can help libraries in their e-resource procurement decisions: the vendor-generated Voluntary Product Accessibility Template (VPAT), the VPAT Repository, and the forthcoming Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act (AODA) vendor template.
Read more about evaluating the accessibility of digital resources in “The Value of Comparing Oranges to Oranges.”
