ALA Annual 2015 Discussion Question #4: How should reference educators make decisions about what skills and information to present in their courses? For example, to what extent should they consider where reference fits into the user experience?

We will pose this question during our discussion forum at ALA Annual. The forum is titled What Should be The Future of Reference Education for Librarians (see http://alaac15.ala.org/node/29464).

If you will not be there or if you would like to share your thoughts in advance, please feel free to do so here.
