If you have not already seen it, the June 2015 issue of ALA's
American Libraries
magazine has a plug for accessibility on p.8 "Column Enabled." Lily Sacharow discusses the Libraries for Universal Accessibility (LUA) website --
http://uniaccess.org/lua
-- and specifically the work of Laura DeLancey on the VPAT repository on the LUA site. Laura is the incoming convener of the ACRL Universal Accessibility Interest Group. Thanks to Lily for taking the time to keep accessibility in the forefront and a well-deserved congratulations to Laura.
American Libraries
can be accessed online at
http://americanlibrariesmagazine.org/magazine/issues/june-2015/.
The PDF version looks to be accessible. I was not sure about the "
View Print Version"
access, which opens to a PageSuite product that allows you to access two printed pages at a time. As an aside, I'd be curious to know if anyone experiences difficulties.
Best,
John
