Electronic Resources Management: Assessment Data for Libraries
Administrators and stakeholders increasingly demand hard data to justify spending and investment in contemporary libraries. Electronic resources management personnel play a vital role in providing assessment data to decision makers in libraries. COUNTER compliant usage statistics and calculations of cost-per-use must be combined with other information in order to provide a more comprehensive measure of information service.
Join us for a short presentation by Jackie Bronicki, University of Houston, and George Stachokas, Purdue University, on analytics for electronic resources. A discussion will follow the presentation. Please bring your questions and experiences about managing e-resources to share with the group.
