Please join us at the Dance Librarian Discussion Group's virtual meeting this Thursday, January 30, 2014 at 11:00 AM (EST) / 8:00 AM (PST).

Our special guest will be filmmaker Nancy Buirski, who will discuss and answer questions about her new documentary, Afternoon of a Faun: Tanaquil Le Clercq about the influential New York City Ballet ballerina. The film had its world premiere at the New York Film Festival last fall and will begin a theatrical run on February 5th in New York. Nancy (whose extensive credits include the award-winning “The Loving Story”) is graciously squeezing us in prior to leaving for the Berlin Film Festival.

More information on the film can be found at the Kino Lorber website: http://www.kinolorber.com/film.php?id=1511
