    The Florida Department of State, Division of Library and Information Services, wishes to secure competitive proposals from qualified providers who are capable of developing a five-year digital plan for library development in Florida.

    Questions about the RFP will be accepted until 4:00 PM eastern time on July 5th, 2013.


    Responses to vendor questions will be posted on the Vendor Bid System on or about July 12, 2013.


    Proposals must be received in the purchasing office by July 25, 2013, 2:00 PM, Eastern time. Proposals received after this date and time will not be considered.


    The RA Gray Building is a secure building. Please allow sufficient time to clear security prior to the bid opening time.


    Proposals will be opened on July 25, 2013, 2:00 PM, Eastern time, at the below address.


    The successful vendor must be registered in the state's electronic purchasing system, MyFloridaMarketPlace, in order to enter into a contract.


    Failure to file a protest within the time prescribed in Section 120.57(3), Florida Statutes constitutes a waiver of proceedings under Chapter 120, Florida Statutes.
