Navigating ALA Annual 2013 - June Chat
When: Wednesday, June 19, 2013
2:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m., US/Eastern
Are you attending ALA Annual Conference in Chicago this summer? Is this your first ALA Conference? Do you have questions about how to navigate the conference, network with other librarians, and how to get more involved? If you answered “yes” to any of these, then please join the ALCTS NMIG on Wednesday, June 19 from 2:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m. EST to discuss the ins and outs and benefits of attending ALA Annual!
We will also be discussing our upcoming program, ALCTS 101, at ALA Annual, as well as how you can get more involved with ALCTS and ALA. Erin Boyd, Co-Vice Chair, will be hosting this session along with the assistance of Deana Groves, Web Coordinator. Several seasoned ALA Annual Conference attendees will also be in attendance to answer questions you might have. The chat is open to all ALA members.
