The much anticipated "Slam the Boards" three part program: Webinar, Experience, Discussion! Register now!

Here is an opportunity to learn about a virtual reference program through a free webinar and hands-on experience.  Slam the Boards uses social media, such as Yahoo Answers, to be where potential library customers are.  Through programs like these, we can reach those who ask questions but are not thinking of their libraries…and maybe will after chatting with us since we provide friendly, welcoming and professional interactions!  RSS Marketing and PR Committee is and MARS/VR are organizers of this three-part program.
