Open Access & Social Work

I thought EBSS Scholarly Communication Committee members might be interested to know that that there will be a panel discussion this Sunday at the Society for Social Work Research annual conference in San Diego, Open Access Social Work Scholarly Literature: Exploring its Extent and Importance for Socially Just and Evidence-Based Practice. The panel includes findings from a recent research study of open access and social work journals and will conclude with a discussion among social work journal editors about open access.

I've been working a little with one of the panelists from U of Michigan so that she has background information. I'd love to hear the discussion. Does anyone go to SSWR?
