Colleagues, there seemed to be a high level of interest expressed during the RTCA meeting in Anaheim in obtaining instruction/help on making round tables more virtual. And so,...
How many of you/your groups would be interested in attending a 1-hour webinar on taking your Round Table virtual? Please post your reation (interest: yes or no) to Connect or to the listserv.
Very preliminary planning so far, as we are trying to gauge interest in such an endeavor, but the webinar is tentatively scheduled for November, no exact date, and no exact agenda. Webinar would include reps from one or two RTs that have successfully gone virtual.
Some preliminary thoughts on content are:
I. presenters (NMRT, MAGIRT,?) how we did it good
II. interactive discussion with chat & polls, e.g. email, phone,
platform... with chat wrangler
III. good meeting skills -
IV. interactive chat, how to retain face time? Need to recruit new
committee members, & so people work well virtually. With chat
V. General Q&A
