Resolutions on WikiLeaks issues for Annual membership meeting

FYI:  Attached are three resolutions proposed by Al Kagan and Tom Twiss that will be presented to the ALA membership meeting in NOLA.  These versions of the resolutions were posted earlier today on the ALA Council list.
