Believe it or not, we are only five short weeks away from the ALA in New Orleans. This year our annual awards ceremony and reception will be held at from 6:30-8:30 on Sunday evening, June 26th, at the Law Library of the Louisiana Supreme Court, 400 Royal Street, New Orleans.

For security reasons, GODORT must submit a list of attendees who will be coming to the location site. Please provide the name and institution for each attendee in your group by filling out the form at this site: http://www.surveymonkey.com/s/LM5L5ML Registration will close on June 20th, 2011.

Also, please note that cameras will not be allowed at the reception, but we will have a person on staff from the library there to take award and group photos.

We plan to have quite an elegant reception at a beautiful setting in the heart of the French Quarter.

Look forward to seeing you all there!
