What makes a "Leadership Development Program" work?
I'm from the U of MN and we're about to expand our leadership development program. We've been running a small-scale program this past year, investigating other models, and talking to a lot of folks internally about this.
I'd love to hear from others in the field who would like to share their experiences of what's worked - and what's not worked so well - in terms of LD. Any advice to share?
