Online Doc Weave Journal of Library User Experience Issue 1 is out!

We're pleased to announce the first issue of Weave Journal of Library User Experience is out! Weave is an open access, peer-reviewed journal published by Michigan Publishing. Our first issue features articles on A/B testing and UX research for small staffs, as well as reviews and interviews of interest to library UX professionals:

Let us know what you think. Our second issue will be out in the Spring, so be sure to send us an article or a pitch. We’d love to have you write for us.

If you are going to the ALA Annual Conference in Vegas in a few days, check out the first LITA User Experience Interest Group meeting!

We will be meeting on Monday, June 30, 2014 - 1:00pm to 2:30pm at the convention center N242.

Amanda Goodman (@godaisies), the User Experience Librarian at Darien Library, will talk about the #libUX discussion she has been leading with Michael Schofield (@gollydamn) on Twitter for some time. After that, we will have open discussion about any UX-related topic.
