library are not

literate.

a customer might not be
capable
of expressing a real need

be uncomfortable doing so.
Consider
how difficult it is to
discuss
a serious personal
problem with
a complete
stranger, or to ask
questions that
make you
feel silly for not
knowing the
answers already.
